What complications could arise from surgery for endometriosis??

Like any surgery, endo surgery can have risks 😕 things like bleeding, infection, scar tissue/adhesions, or issues involving nearby organs depending on where the endo is. And sometimes symptoms can still come back later, which is the frustrating part. I remember getting overwhelmed reading all the complication stories online before surgery too 😅 the anticipation honestly scared me more than recovery itself.
