Can PRP therapy really improve thin endometrium?

Honestly I became really curious about PRP after repeated implantation failures because once lining issues enter the picture you start researching EVERYTHING 😭 From what I understood, some people do explore it for thin endometrium or poor receptivity, but fertility treatments can get very experimental very fast and the emotional desperation around implantation makes it hard to know what’s genuinely promising vs just hopeful sounding.

I tried PRP for my thin endometrium and honestly it made a difference 😭 The lining felt better and gave me more hope for the transfer. Not a magic fix but seeing even a little improvement felt amazing and reassuring!

PRP therapy has shown some promising results for improving a thin endometrium, but the evidence is still limited. Some women have experienced an increase in endometrial thickness and better implantation rates, while others have not noticed much improvement. Its success often depends on the underlying cause of thin endometrium. PRP is still considered an emerging treatment and may not work for everyone. If you're considering it, discuss the potential benefits and risks with your fertility specialist.
