I am newly diagnosed with PMOS and trying to make lifestyle changes before jumping into too many supplements 😕. I know there's no single food that can cure PMOS, but I am curious about what has actually helped others manage their symptoms.
I have PMOS and one thing that has helped me is focusing on a balanced, nutritious diet. I try to include high-Fiber food like vegetables, whole grains and legumes along with lean proteins such as eggs, fish and chicken. Healthy fats from nuts, seeds and avocados are also a regular part of my meals. I limit sugary drinks, refined carbohydrates and highly processed foods because they can worsen insulin resistance in some people with PMOS. While there isn't a single food that can "cure" PMOS, eating a healthy diet, staying active and following Dr. Jay Mehta's advice have helped me manage my symptoms.
I've read that while no single food can cure PCOS, a balanced diet with plenty of protein, fibre, and whole foods, along with regular exercise and good sleep, can help manage symptoms. Small, consistent lifestyle changes often make the biggest difference...
