What are the foods to be included to cure PMOS?

I am newly diagnosed with PMOS and trying to make lifestyle changes before jumping into too many supplements 😕. I know there's no single food that can cure PMOS, but I am curious about what has actually helped others manage their symptoms.

I went through a phase of looking for the one perfect food too and eventually realised it was more about finding meals that kept me full for longer! For me, getting enough protein and not letting myself get overly hungry made a bigger difference than cutting out any single food. Curious what symptoms you're hoping to improve first? Acne, weight gain, irregular cycles, cravings, etc?

For me, focusing on protein at every meal and cutting back on constantly snacking made the biggest difference. I didn't notice any miracle food, but eating more eggs, Greek yogurt, vegetables and high-fiber carbs helped with energy, cravings and keeping my weight more stable. The changes were gradual, but definitely noticeable over time.
