I have read that many women with PCOS/PMOS do get pregnant, but I've also seen stories about irregular ovulation, fertility treatments and pregnancy complications, so I am feeling a bit overwhelmed. For those with PCOS/PMOS, what was your experience? Were you able to conceive naturally, or did you need medications, IUI or IVF?

This confused me too because I kept seeing completely opposite experiences! Some women with PCOS conceive naturally quite quickly, while others need ovulation meds, IUI or IVF. I think that's what makes PCOS so frustrating, two people can have the same diagnosis and completely different fertility journeys!
