I’ve noticed my symptoms seem to flare when I’m stressed, and then it becomes this vicious cycle.

I’ve noticed the exact same thing 😕. Stress doesn’t feel “just mental” with these conditions at all… my body genuinely reacts physically to it with more pain, bloating, tension and inflammation. And then the symptoms themselves create even more stress so it becomes this exhausting loop that’s really hard to break.

Ugh yes 😭 It honestly starts feeling like ur nervous system and hormones are just feeding off each other nonstop. Stress makes the cravings, fatigue, sleep and symptoms worse… then the symptoms themselves make u even more anxious and overwhelmed 😔 Sometimes even trying to “manage PCOS perfectly” becomes another source of stress.

I completely relate to this because I also have PCOS and stress often makes my symptoms feel worse. What has helped me is sticking to a simple routine with regular walks, light exercise and getting enough sleep. I also practice deep breathing and avoid putting too much pressure on myself when I'm having difficult day. Eating balanced meals and limiting excess sugar and processed foods has help me feel more stable. It's not a perfect solution, but managing stress little by little has made my PCOS symptoms feel more manageable.
