Does anyone else feel physically “unstable” when their hormones are off with PCOS?

Not just mood swings. I mean that weird internal feeling where your sleep, hunger, energy, anxiety, cravings, body temperature and brain all start feeling off at the same time like your whole system is struggling to regulate itself.

YES omg 😭 It’s such a strange feeling and ppl around u usually think ur exaggerating it. For me it felt like my whole body stopped regulating itself properly all at once... sleep messed up, random anxiety, energy crashes, cravings, feeling too hot or too cold, brain fog everything together. It’s honestly exhausting in a way that’s really hard to describe unless someone has felt it themselves.

I totally get what you mean. When my hormones are off with PCOS, I feel completely out of sync like everything is just off. My energy crashes, I’m tired, hungry, and anxious all at once. Even my body temperature feels weird and it's like my brain can’t keep up. PCOS can mess with your hormone balance, which affects so many things in your body. It’s such a struggle, but you’re not alone in feeling like this.

Yes 😕. Sometimes when hormones feel off with PCOS, my whole body starts feeling strange in a way that’s hard to even explain properly… shaky, inflamed, exhausted, emotionally weird, heavy, almost like ur body isn’t functioning smoothly anymore. It’s such an uncomfortable physical feeling and I don’t think people realise how much hormonal shifts can affect the entire body.
