Trigger day honestly felt weirdly tense for me because ur hyper aware that timing suddenly matters SO much 😭 And retrieval day was less about pain for me and more this very uncomfortable swollen “sloshy” feeling inside my abdomen after. I basically stayed horizontal, watched garbage TV and avoided anything that required wearing jeans or functioning like a real human for 24 hrs 😭
