During my last retrieval cycle my estradiol was over 5000 pg/ml before trigger. We retrieved 26 eggs and I ended up doing a freeze-all because of OHSS concerns.
I'm curious what estrogen levels others reached before trigger and whether your clinic changed anything because of it. Did higher E2 levels affect your recovery or embryo outcomes?
