From what I’ve experienced, my endo pain tends to get worse around my period because hormonal fluctuations trigger inflammation and bleeding around endo lesions. This can irritate surrounding tissues and nerves, which causes stronger cramps, pelvic pain, back pain, even bowel or bladder issues.
