I’ve been reading how often these two can get confused on regular scans and it’s honestly stressing me out a bit 😅 if you were initially told one thing and later found out it was something else, how did that even come to light? did you need a different scan or a second opinion? and did it actually change anything for you in terms of treatment or outcomes?
I’ve actually seen sooo many ppl say this happened to them 😭 Apparently septate vs bicornuate uterus can look really similar on regular scans which makes the whole thing super confusing. A lot of ppl only found out after a 3D ultrasound, MRI, or getting a second opinion 😅 From what I understand it can definitely change treatment decisions too depending on which one it actually is, so I totally get why ur stressed about it 🙃
