Of course, one can naturally conceive even with transmural fibroids and stage III endometriosis, although their impact on fertility depends on their size and location, as well as on the severity of endometriosis. For example, some women suffering from these conditions are able to conceive naturally, while for others the process might become problematic because of anatomical abnormalities, inflammation, poor-quality eggs, and other reasons. In addition, a professional evaluation might show how these conditions influence a woman's fertility potential, and what should be done about it. In case pregnancy does not occur in a certain period of time despite natural conception attempts, various methods can be used to increase a woman's fertility.

yes, it’s definitely possible 😕 many women with fibroids and stage 3 endo do conceive naturally. That said, both conditions can sometimes make it more difficult depending on the size and location of the fibroids, how extensive the endo is, and factors like age and ovarian reserve.I know women who conceived naturally despite significant endo while others needed some fertility support. it can feel really uncertain, but stage 3 endo and transmural fibroids are not an automatic barrier to natural conception.

I have stage IV endometriosis, so whenever I see questions like this, my first thought is that fertility with endo can be incredibly individual. Personally, I wouldn't assume natural conception is off the table just because of a diagnosis on paper. I've seen women with significant disease conceive naturally and others with milder disease struggle. If it were me, I'd want to understand exactly how much the fibroids are affecting the uterus and whether the endometriosis has impacted the tubes or ovaries before drawing any conclusions!

Yes, it is possible to conceive naturally with both transmural fibroids and Stage III endometriosis, although these conditions can reduce fertility and make pregnancy more challenging. Stage III endometriosis is considered moderate disease and may cause pelvic adhesions, ovarian endometriomas, and inflammation that can interfere with ovulation, fertilization, or the movement of the egg and sperm. Transmural fibroids, which grow within the muscular wall of the uterus, may also affect fertility if they are large, numerous, or distort the uterine cavity, potentially impacting implantation or increasing the risk of miscarriage. However, many women with these conditions still achieve natural pregnancies, especially if their fallopian tubes are open, ovarian reserve is adequate, and there are no significant male factor fertility issues. The chances of natural conception depend on factors such as age, the size and location of the fibroids, the extent of endometriosis, and overall reproductive health. If pregnancy does not occur after an appropriate period of trying, a fertility evaluation can help determine whether treatment options may improve the chances of conception.
