I’m seeking insights that feel empowering rather than overwhelming.
For me it was finally choosing to see an endo specialist instead of just guessing n waiting 😕 it gave me some clarity n honestly made me feel a bit more in control of things. Before that everything felt so random!! Did you have any moment like that?
For me it was becoming very intentional abt what I gave my energy to. I stopped obsessively researching every possible outcome and focused only on the next step in front of me, and honestly that gave me the biggest sense of control during a time when everything else felt uncertain.
Tbh one thing I’ve seen give a lot of ppl more clarity is finally realising they didn’t have to decide their entire future all at once 😕 breaking things into “what do I want to do next” instead of “what will my whole life look like” made the journey feel less emotionally crushing for many people 😞
For me it was finally pushing for answers instead of just accepting “everything looks normal” after repeated failed transfers. Finding out I had silent endometriosis didn’t solve everything instantly, but honestly having a real explanation gave me back some sense of control after feeling confused for SO long.
