Before knowing the categories of Azoospermia, understanding the male reproductive system and how it works is important. The factory of sperm is called the testis, and every man has two of them. One on the right and the other on the left, and the sperm are produced on a daily basis.
Sperms then get transported through the vas deferens into the seminal vesicle or the godown. Inside it, sperm seek nutrition and certain additional fluids. At the time of intercourse, they are discharged through the seminal vesicle into the ejaculated ducts. Then it comes out through the penis.

Things to Know about Types of Azoospermia
- What causes Non-Obstructive Azoospermia?
It happens when the testis is defective. There are various reasons for this. It could be hormonal, injury-related, or it could be for radiation or Chemotherapy.
- What causes Obstructive Azoospermia?
It happens when the pipeline is damaged. This could be due to congenital absence of the Vas, certain asymptomatic viral infections or could be due to trauma.
Is it possible to treat Azoospermia naturally?
A natural way to treat Non-Obstructive Azoospermia is going to work if it’s capable to increase the production of sperms in testis by 5 million times. Then it would be enough to cure the hormonal misbalance.
For obstructive cases, the natural cure should be such that would wipe out the obstruction.
Now, practically, natural cures have no such capacity, thus, they are not going to work. In practical life scenarios, there is no such medication, therapy, or surgery that can give demonstrable and consistent results.
In very rare situations, prolonged injection treatment for 2-3 years may give some improvement to Azoospermia patients. But otherwise just by taking tablets and changing diet isn’t possible to convert someone with Azoospermia to normal.
But note that with the correct treatment of Azoospermia, for an infertile couple, it’s possible to have their own biological and genetic child. The correct treatment is called TEENA or MICRO-TESE. In this channel, you will more thorough discussion about this treatment. Only with this treatment, a male with any type of Azoospermia can have his genetic child.
Males with this condition should not just waste time in a different types of experiments. That will not help his condition. He should accept whatever it is by putting his male ego aside and go for the right treatment. And with the right treatment, he will able to have child his genetic child. All he has to do is to accept sooner.
