For those who have gone thru IVF, how did you decide when to stop trying after failed cycles??

I came close to stopping after a failed cycle, but I'm glad I gave it one more shot. If you still have the emotional energy and can afford it, another cycle may be worth considering. Sometimes success comes when you least expect it.

I know this feeling all too well. After every failed cycle, it felt like I was carrying the weight of the world. Take it one day at a time and be kind to yourself. A failed cycle is heartbreaking, but it doesn't mean your story is over. 💛

This was honestly one of the hardest thoughts i had after my surgery because i knew IVF might still be part of my journey someday. I don't think there's one right answer. I feel everyone reaches that point differently depending on their body, finances and just how much they have left in them. How did u know it was time?

Choosing when to give up on IVF can be a very subjective process, and there is no single right amount of cycles that would apply to everyone. A lot of individuals take into account various things, including medical advice, potential odds of success considering their age and diagnosis, their general state of mind and body, financial issues, and their personal objectives. There are some who go on even after multiple unsuccessful cycles if there is a good probability of success, and there are some who give up on this treatment when it is no longer bearable.
