These things definitely help. Along with this, it’s always good to shift to a healthy diet or healthy eating pattern. Diet with antioxidants is recommended. This might benefit you, especially if you are suffering from mild oligospermia.

How to Get Pregnant with Low Sperm Count

Quite a lot of time doctors prescribe antioxidants in varying combinations, which might improve general sperm parameters. They do help in becoming pregnant only if low sperm count is due to an idiopathic cause which means the cause of mild oligospermia is unknown. It’s not recommended to give antioxidant tablets as a low sperm count treatment to all patients. As they are not going to benefit all the patients.

A variety of other combinations, especially letrozole and oral testosterone, benefit from improving the sperm parameters. 20-25% of patients benefit from these combinations and may bear a child. In the case of mild oligospermia where the sperm count is between 10-15 million alternative therapies like Ayurvedic or homeopathic medications might benefit.

When the patient has severe oligospermia/very lower sperm count, which less than 7 million the treatment of choice is to go ahead with assisted reproduction.
